By uploading artwork or designs to PrintWear Labs, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have obtained proper authorization to use it. We do not print copyrighted or trademarked materials unless you are the legal rights holder or have documented permission to use such content.

PrintWear Labs assumes that any design submitted to us is legally owned or properly licensed by the customer. We are not liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes that may arise from printed materials. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders that appear to contain protected or infringing content.
